Coupon rules (summary): enter the code in the Shopping Cart under Use Coupon Code. Each coupon has its own terms (discount, minimum order without delivery, maximum discount, validity, products or categories, login, customer group, uses per customer). Some coupons are not applied to already discounted items, and first-order coupons work only if your account, e-mail or phone has no earlier active or completed order (cancelled orders are not counted). One coupon per order; a use is counted when the order is placed and returned if it is cancelled. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and do not work on auction orders. Too many wrong codes pause coupon entry for 15 minutes. Abuse (multiple accounts, fake details, guessing codes) can lead to the order being cancelled or confirmed without the coupon discount.
