While retaining many features of previous models, these new models incorporate advanced capabilities such as enhanced ease of use and compliance with the latest environmental regulations. The device is user-friendly yet highly efficient. The Toshiba e-Studio 2523A features GDI-based PDL, 256 MB of memory, and support for data formats such as TIFF, PDF, and JPEG; it also includes a 'Department Code' system for security. It comes with a warranty valid for either one year or 100,000 printed copies—whichever occurs first (this warranty does not cover spare parts; for customers outside Dhaka, travel expenses or 'conveyance bills' will apply for each service visit).
