Description
Saramonic Blink500 Pro B2 Advanced Wireless 2 Person Clip-On Mic System
The Saramonic Blink500 Pro B2 is an advanced 2.4GHz wireless microphone system designed for recording clear two-person conversations with cameras, smartphones, tablets, computers, audio recorders and other compatible devices. It combines two compact wireless transmitters, two professional lavalier microphones and a dual-channel receiver in a portable package designed for interviews, vlogging, filmmaking, podcasting, live streaming, journalism and online content creation.
With a wireless transmission range of up to 100 metres in line-of-sight conditions, approximately 8 hours of battery life and a portable charging case, the Blink500 Pro B2 provides the flexibility required for mobile production. The receiver features a bright OLED display, selectable Mono/Stereo output and a 3.5mm headphone connection for real-time monitoring.
Each transmitter includes a built-in omnidirectional microphone and a 3.5mm input for the supplied SR-M1 lavalier microphone. This allows users to either clip the transmitter directly to clothing or position the lavalier microphone closer to the speaker for a more discreet recording setup.
Saramonic Blink500 Pro B2 Wireless Microphone Overview
The Blink500 Pro B2 is built specifically for two-person wireless audio recording. Unlike a single-transmitter microphone kit, this system allows two people to speak simultaneously while their audio is received through one compact dual-channel receiver.
The system uses digital 2.4GHz wireless transmission with GFSK modulation and provides up to 100 metres of line-of-sight operating range. Automatic channel switching helps maintain a reliable wireless connection and reduce the possibility of interference or dropouts during recording.
The compact design makes the system particularly useful for creators who frequently move between locations. The transmitters, receiver and accessories can be stored and charged using the included portable charging case.

Dual Wireless Transmitters for Two People
The Blink500 Pro B2 includes two wireless transmitters, allowing two speakers to be recorded at the same time. This makes the system particularly useful for interviews, two-person presentations, discussions, demonstrations and collaborative videos.
Each transmitter can operate with its built-in omnidirectional microphone or with an external lavalier microphone. The included SR-M1 lavaliers can be attached to clothing using their alligator-style clips, providing a more traditional microphone placement for speech recording.
Both transmitters can work simultaneously with the receiver, allowing the audio from two people to be delivered through the same wireless system.
Professional Lavalier Microphones Included
Two SR-M1 omnidirectional lavalier microphones are supplied with the Blink500 Pro B2. Lavalier microphones are useful when the speaker needs hands-free operation while maintaining consistent microphone placement.
The microphones can be attached to a shirt, jacket, collar or other suitable clothing position. This makes them particularly convenient for interviews, tutorials, product demonstrations, presentations and social media videos.
The lavalier microphones have an omnidirectional pickup pattern, allowing them to capture sound from multiple directions around the microphone capsule. Their specified frequency response is 50Hz–18kHz, with a maximum SPL rating of 110dB.
Built-In Microphone on Each Transmitter
Users do not always need to connect the external lavalier. Each Blink500 Pro TX transmitter has its own built-in omnidirectional microphone, allowing the transmitter itself to be clipped onto clothing.
This provides a convenient configuration for quick recordings where speed and portability are more important than hiding the microphone. The built-in microphone has a specified frequency response of 50Hz–18kHz, maximum SPL of 120dB and sensitivity of -39dB.
Having both built-in and external microphone options makes the system flexible for different recording styles. Creators can select the configuration that best suits the production environment.
100 Metre Wireless Transmission Range
The Saramonic Blink500 Pro B2 provides a wireless operating range of up to 100 metres or 328 feet under line-of-sight conditions. This gives presenters and content creators considerable freedom to move around while maintaining a wireless connection with the receiver.
The actual range can vary depending on obstacles, walls, electromagnetic interference, device placement and the surrounding environment. For best results, maintaining a clear line of sight between transmitters and receiver is recommended.
2.4GHz Digital Wireless Technology
The Blink500 Pro B2 uses digital 2.4GHz wireless transmission with GFSK modulation. The system operates across the 2400–2483.5MHz RF band and provides up to 83.5MHz of RF bandwidth according to published specifications.
Automatic channel scanning and channel-switching functionality help the system select suitable wireless channels and reduce the risk of interference during recording. The system supports up to 18 RF channels according to published specifications.
OLED Displays for Easy Monitoring
Both transmitters and the receiver feature vivid OLED displays. These displays provide useful information while recording and make it easier to check system status without relying on a separate application.
The receiver display can help users monitor operating information, while the transmitter displays provide convenient access to information such as battery status and audio settings. This is particularly useful during professional shoots where quick visual confirmation is important.
Selectable Mono and Stereo Output
The Blink500 Pro B2 receiver supports selectable Mono and Stereo output modes. This gives creators greater flexibility when recording two speakers.
In a stereo configuration, the two transmitters can be separated into different channels for post-production. Mono operation can be useful when a combined audio signal is preferred for a straightforward recording workflow.
The choice between Mono and Stereo can therefore depend on the recording device, editing workflow and intended final production.
Real-Time Headphone Monitoring
The receiver includes a 3.5mm headphone output for real-time audio monitoring. This allows users to listen to the incoming microphone signal while recording and identify issues such as insufficient gain, unwanted background noise or connection problems.
Real-time monitoring is particularly valuable during interviews and professional video production because audio problems discovered after filming can be difficult or impossible to correct completely.
Wide Device Compatibility
The Saramonic Blink500 Pro B2 is designed to work with a broad range of recording equipment. Its receiver can connect to cameras, smartphones, tablets, computers and other devices equipped with compatible 3.5mm audio inputs.
The package includes both TRS and TRRS output cables. The TRS connection is suitable for compatible cameras and recording equipment, while the TRRS cable can be used with compatible smartphones and tablets featuring a 3.5mm audio connection.
Device compatibility can vary depending on the particular smartphone, tablet, camera or computer. Users should verify the available audio input and required connector before purchase.
Portable Charging Case
The included charging case provides a convenient way to store and recharge the Blink500 Pro B2 system. It can charge the transmitters and receiver when connected to a suitable power source, making it useful for mobile creators who need to keep the complete system organised between shoots.
The charging case has a 2000mAh capacity according to Saramonic's published specifications and uses USB-C power input. Its compact design makes it practical to carry with the microphone system and accessories.
Up to 8 Hours of Battery Life
The Blink500 Pro B2 transmitters and receiver provide approximately 8 hours of operating time on a full charge. This is suitable for extended interviews, filming sessions, events, presentations and content-creation workflows.
Battery performance can vary depending on operating conditions and usage. The included charging case provides an additional convenient charging option between recording sessions.
Compact and Lightweight Design
The transmitters weigh approximately 32g each, making them light enough to clip onto clothing without creating excessive weight. Their compact dimensions also help keep the microphone system discreet during video production.
The receiver is similarly lightweight at approximately 32g. It can be attached to a camera shoe, clipped to compatible equipment or positioned alongside a mobile recording setup.
